Remote Support
For remote support we use Teamviewer. With this tool, we can temporary "take over" your computer screen, to help you quickly and direct with any problem.
To use teamviewer, you need to download and run the application (no installation needed). The application will show a code, which you have to communicate to one of our employees, by mail or by phone. During the session, you stay in full control of your computer, and you are able to close the connection any time.
