Once in a while we have a company meeting with everyone involved. Being together improves the togetherness among colleagues and is the right moment to inform all colleagues about certain topics, relating our company or our business in the broadest sense. To get even more inspired, last meeting we went to the brand new facilitates of Schoneveld breeding in Wilp. They opened their PlantXperience in June 2019. We used one of their education rooms for our internal meeting. At the end, we had a very interesting presentation from Peter van de Pol, owner of Schoneveld breeding. Nice to see the whole company story and being able to ask question to the director directly.
After the sitting and learning part, we went on a nice tour through their brand-new greenhouses equipped with the latest technologies. It’s very inspiring to hear the stories behind one of our customers and to be able to see how they run their business.
