Which question do you really want to get answered with your breeding data?
Think about it for a minute: Which question do you really want to get answered? Defining those questions may be the hardest part. Once the questions are defined, the answers will be provided by your own data.
You are adding breeding data to E-Brida all the time. Since you can access your materials and trials within in E-Brida in a structured and logical way, doing the work there makes a lot of sense. But after registration, you want to transform some of these numbers into information that suits your process. When it comes to analysis of data, in our products we already facilitate pre-defined tools for the commonly known cases. That’s still a great start and very helpful during your general activities.
However, the advantage of a certain breeding company over its competitors lays in the uniqueness of the principles and processes it applies. And making the right decisions for those different processes and within your unique business principles, requires unique reporting tools to support those decision making: unique business intelligence dashboards with the flexibility of daily life. Those requirements demand a different approach to business analysis. At Agri Information Partners, we are paving the road to make this possible in a convenient, smooth, and up-to-date way.
Our product team is preparing E-Brida with all kinds of technical background requirements to create a robust connector that fits your own personalized dashboards. Whether your company is using Microsoft Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau, Birst, IBM Cognos or another analysis tool, you are in charge again on what you like to see when, where, and most importantly: how. Our job behind the scenes is to make sure it technically works great.
As soon as we have our first visible results, I’ll let you know! In the meantime, I would ask you to prepare for flexible and unique dashboards on your breeding data. What do you want to know? We are happy to find the right questions with you.
Together, we are working on the plants for tomorrow.
