How do you collect the information from your visitors during the upcoming Flower Trials? And what do you do with all this feedback after these four crowded days?
Just a few days ago during a meeting with my IT Consultancy colleagues the upcoming Dutch Flower trials came up. To the juniors among us it was told what a busy and important event this is. We went on discussing: How do companies manage the big amount of information deriving from participants and visitors during those Flower Trials and how to have easy and quick access to this information during these four crowded days?
With the Mercado app, all the feedback that you receive from visitors during the Flower Trials can be recorded realtime into an analysis tool. On the same day you can easily lookup feedback and analyse all data. Reports can be made which can be used in further product development and the information enables you taking immediate commercial actions.
From 12 to 15 June it is time for the Dutch Flower Trials 2018. A few thousand interested people will visit your company and view your novelties. Almost every visitor has an opinion, a comment, or just a gut feeling about the products you are showcasing. Wouldn’t it be great to easily save this data and review this valuable feedback to quickly gain insights about the current market and new business opportunities?
