We get happy by visiting and talking to our customers. That’s one of the reasons why we regularly visited our customers. In the Netherlands as well as in the rest of the world. We get happy by sitting together with people from our business and talk through the current challenges they have and the achievements they got. That’s why we visited so many conferences and fairs. But things have changed, and that’s one of the reasons why we missed you.
Since the start of the changed way of communication earlier this year, we have intensified the frequency of our webinars and training. We have created a plan in which we decided what part of our products we would like to explain in detail in which session. We have sent out invites to our users, and the story spread itself.
More online sessions
We have been organizing more online sessions for Mercado and E-Brida than ever before. It was a great journey, and we learned a lot on the way. But the most intriguing part is the number of people that joined us on this journey. The crowd grew organically, and the level of interaction is high—everyone from his or her computer or laptop, sitting in the kitchen, home office, or the office itself.
Let’s keep the positives
And of course, we are very fortunate to be in a sector where business can be done from other places than the office. But it is so inspiring to see people getting familiar with new tools so quickly. They know to find us better and quicker than before. Let’s keep the positives!
