AIP Family Day 2024: Fun and connecting in Zoelen 

Every year, we proudly organize the AIP Family Day, a tradition that has become deeply rooted within our company. It’s a day when we trade our workplace for a fun and relaxed setting, together with colleagues and their families. This year, our Family Day took place in Zoelen, near Tiel. It was an unforgettable day full of fun, adventure, and team spirit! 

Family Day is not a mandatory event, and that’s exactly how we like it. It’s fantastic to get to know each other’s families and see the children grow up over the years. This also results in a beautiful annual team photo, complete with family members. 

This year’s program was particularly exciting. We hopped into iconic and robust 2CVs, also known as “Eendjes or Ugly Ducks” for a thrilling rally through the stunning Betuwe countryside. Not only did we cover a good distance, but we also tackled various challenges along the way that brought out both the competitive and collaborative spirit of our teams. 

The fun continued with a chain reaction game, where technique and creativity were crucial. The combination of teamwork and inventive solutions was a perfect match for the talents of our colleagues. It was great to see everyone using their skills in a playful way to create the best chain reaction.
