AIP Day 2025 – Nature Calls: Outdoors, play & creativity

Every year, we organize the AIP Family Day, a day where we come together with our families, take a break from daily work, and enjoy fun activities.

This year, the Family Day took place in the Veluwe. A stunning nature park in the heart of the Netherlands and practically our backyard from Wageningen.

With vast forests, heathlands, sand drifts, and lakes, the Veluwe is home to wildlife, including red deer, wild boars, and even wolves.

It was the perfect setting for a day outdoors, full of creativity and activity. As our group keeps growing, we divided into several activities. We created graffiti “art”, played dodgebow, explored VR games, and took a walk through the beautiful surroundings.

Even the typical Dutch rain couldn’t spoil the mood. We gathered under a cozy tent and enjoyed a lovely BBQ — because good food is good mood!

We look back on a wonderful day. It was great to see familiar faces who’ve joined for over twenty years, and to welcome new colleagues for the first time. It’s a tradition we’re proud to continue.
